I found Joseph Potashnik through an online search. I read the glowing reviews here. Due to lack of time, I agreed to have Mr Potashnik represent me after our initial consultation, despite his hefty fee. It was the first time in my life that I was in a position where I needed government assisted b...enefits and had every right to receive it. In the beginning, Mr Potashnik agreed wholeheartedly. Mr Potashnik assured me they didn't have the evidence to support what they were asking, and this would be settled quickly, and even gave me a ballpark figure. Unbeknownst to me this would be one of the last times I would speak with Mr Potashnik. Mr Potashnik would have his paralegal field all my phone calls and questions, and I'm assuming any other clients. Whenever I did get him on the line, he was snappy, curt and quick to hang up.
