I am a nurse at a Queens hospital, and I was accused of misconduct by my employer. However, Mr Potashnik collected all the necessary evidence, talked to the investigators and accompanied me during all hearings, and we managed to get the case dismissed and retain my license. Albeit me not knowing Mr. Potashnik in person, I use his immigration attorney and it wasn't good at all. I believe she's over burdened with cases as the only immigration attorney within the firm. I read a lot of positive reviews about him and I haven't seen a single positive review with immigration ...cases his office has handled. His immigration attorney seem to be fresh from law school although I could be wrong as she doesn't know much and very slow in processing documents and little unprofessional. So I suggest Mr. Potashnik work on that as bad rating is not a good thing especially if there are more good than bad aspect of his firm. I won't recommend his office for immigration matters especially if it's complicated.

Hello, I am a medical professional (physical therapist) who was involved in a situation where patient put a wrong allegation to abnormally touching private parts and so I was fired from the job. He was very clear upfront and did not gave me any false promises. I think one must look for honest opinion rather then false promise. My case could end up without any disciplinary action or could drag me in front of the judge. This was most important aspect of my case where Mr. potashnik would like to resolve 90% of the cases by sending a letter with all the necessary details. His office assistant Salina was always on the top of all the case and was able to provide the information when called. Mr. Potashnik is also always available via phone wheneve we have any question. I would highly recommend Mr. Potashnik for any legal matter.

Mr. Potashnick is by far the only lawyer you should ever call if you ever needed one. I was investigated for fraud by the Hra and I was terrified. On a normal daily basis, I am an extremley anxious person so when I was investigated my anxiety had reached a level that I didn't even know was possible ...to reach. This man is an angel. I went to several lawyers and they all tried to frighten me saying how my case was so bad, that it was one of the top cases out there. Well, these other lawyers just like to scare people for no reason just so that you would sign them. Not Joseph Potashnick though, he was so sweet, caring and above all he made me relax, my anxiety was gone the minute we started the consultation. Literally, my case took 1 week in half. 1 week! That's crazy! 1 week to have me feeling normal again. On top of that I didn't even pay one fourth of what we thought they'd ask.
