Irina will gladly take your money, but as soon as you made last payment she will ignore you completely. On the initial consultation Irina seemed as attentive, nice, and a friendly person. She literally was looking into my mouth to make sure I felt special and that my case is strong and unique. ...Once Irina Roller received the initial deposit and the contract signed she changed completely to a person with emotional and anger issues. Irina ignored calls and emails when I wanted to contact her to get an update about the case, and I felt very lucky when I was able to get in touch with a secretary who knew **nothing** about my case. In rare occasions when Irina decided to reply, she intimidated with money, requesting amount 3x times ($20,000) of what was initially paid and agreed on and she explained it as a charge for communication. There were no communication after she took the money, I have all proof that has less than a 30 minutes of communication for the past 12 months. Not knowing what to do - I had to deal with it and just wait. One day Irina's secretary called and told that they lost (she used the word 'misplaced') our documentation, but they still need it, as there is a hearing that supposed to be very soon. I believe it is at least unprofessional to lose client's documents, especially very sensitive documents such Social Security and others, but I had no choice and to provide them again. However, after being silent for over 2 months after that, I 'dared' to send another email - I was afraid that the hearing date Irina Roller mentioned has already passed. The response I got from Irina was that she is dropping the case without explaining any reason and she refused to refund the money paid. Having no other choice I had to get in touch with free legal advice and I was told that there are multiple clients in the exact same situation that were dropped by Irina. Everyone has suggested that she has no legal right to hold the money as she performed nothing, but yet, she refused to, and she still has the money. The funny thing - I received a call from DOE asking about my case, as they never knew anything was going in - meaning Irina Roller didn't do any work with them on the case. Nothing happened within 1 year. During the year that I had to deal with Irina Roller I have been harassment for money that felt like extortion, she knew I had no money, my case was neglected, the case documents were lost, she didn't do anything. She is a professional scammer! Beware!
