Biography
Bradford “Brad” Bernstein represents the second generation of leadership at the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C. Since joining the firm in 1993 and becoming a partner in 1997, Brad assumed leadership following the retirement of founder Harry Spar in 2000.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Brad has helped more than 100,000 clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. His work has changed countless lives; helping individuals secure green cards, reunite with family members, and ultimately obtain U.S. citizenship.
Brad also provides strategic immigration guidance to companies of all sizes. He has secured temporary and permanent work visas for specialized employees and intra-company transferees, while advising corporate clients on compliance and best practices. Investors have also turned to Brad to secure both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, allowing them to protect and manage their substantial investments in the United States.
In removal defense, Brad has prevented the deportation of many deserving individuals, reuniting families torn apart by immigration challenges. He has helped clients obtain and renew student, training, visitor, and nonimmigrant work visas, often preserving their employment and stability during uncertain times.
In an effort to educate the public, Brad launched a radio show in the 1990s on New York’s WVIP (93.5 FM), which he hosted through the 2010s before expanding his outreach online with Brad Show Live. The formerly daily web show has grown Brad into a trusted online figure for immigration news and education, now reaching over a million viewers daily via social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Brad’s passion for solving complex immigration issues, whether face-to-face or through digital platforms, has earned him a reputation as a go-to resource for both individuals and businesses.
