The past two years of my life has brought me much pain and suffering. However, my faith, family, friends and my defending counsel, Shannon LaGuerre- Maingrette were a source of encouragement for me. My family, academic colleagues, students, friends and past institutions of studies were constantly in my mind as I grapple with the distress and pressure of this most unwarranted and unexpected development.
