Great experience working with Michael on EB-2 NIW

Michael helped me with my EB-2 NIW petition. The process was very easy and smooth, and what I appreciated the most is how responsive he was. He’d reply to my emails within a couple hours, whether it was regarding the case itself or my general questions about the immigration news. Michael was very cle...ar about every step of the process. When I was choosing a lawyer to work with I talked to the popular EB-2 NIW lawyers too, but none of them made an impression of people who would treat my case with an individual approach. I’d recommend Michael to anyone who’s looking for an immigration lawyer.

Approved EB-1A for a non-standard case — grateful for Michael’s exceptional work

I worked with Michael Cataliotti on my EB-1A petition — a complex and non-standard case that involved two overlapping professional fields. Business visa for professional athlete

I am a Russian professional athlete. I was offered a job at a sports club in the United States in the summer of 2016. My first conversation with Mr. Cataliotti was in August 2016 and it took 5 months for me to receive my visa. This was the perfect amount of time for me to attend the world champions...hip in February 2017 in California. First he analyzed my resume and suggested the type of visa I should applied for. We started to work on it right away. I felt no stress working with Mr. Cataliotti because he knew exactly what forms unneeded to fill out and his instructions were always clear and on time. He knows exactly what documents were needed for me to get my specific type of visa and how long it takes to get them and process them. Any questions I asked were answered clearly and right away. You can feel his caring and professionalism through the whole process. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Cataliotti. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with him.
