Approved EB-1A for a non-standard case — grateful for Michael’s exceptional work

I worked with Michael Cataliotti on my EB-1A petition — a complex and non-standard case that involved two overlapping professional fields. Many lawyers may have considered such a profile difficult to fit within the EB-1A criteria, but Michael approached it with deep understanding, strategic thinking,... and complete confidence. He carefully positioned both professions as interconnected and essential to my extraordinary ability case. When we received a Request for Evidence (RFE), his response was detailed, well-structured, and compelling. He clearly articulated how my career, though multifaceted, was consistent and met the legal standards. We didn’t opt for premium processing, so the process took about a year and a half from start to approval. Michael remained responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire time — always keeping me informed, never rushing, and making sure everything was done thoroughly and professionally. In the end, my case was approved — without premium processing and with a challenging profile. I’m grateful for Michael’s expertise and highly recommend him, especially to those with unconventional backgrounds or complex cases.

Great Experience!

I would highly recommend Mr. Michael Cataliotti for the purposes of the O visa. He ensured that he extended his full support and advice from the day I contacted him over the phone till the day I got my visa. There were a few setbacks in my process mainly because my employer had questions. They were n...ot supportive, and were unsure of the whole process. Despite all of this, Michael still fought the case with persistence and didn’t hold back when it came to him being proactive about helping me with all my paperwork. He is flexible with meetings and phone calls which makes it great to work with him. The visa process can be pretty challenging because a lot is at stake, my priority in finding a lawyer was to make sure that the lawyer took personal interest in his/her clients and treated the case as if it were his/her own , Michael lived up to that expectation!
