Hello , I hired Mr Israel Rose , had a very complicated case, at the interview immigration officer denied my case. Then i was called again for a open hearing court . The judge had a very bad reputation in denying cases based on his own opinion , the judge put a lot o pressure on me even if he was ...not supposed to do so. Mr Rose put a lot of effort providing the facts to the judge, but the judge took an unfair decision he denied my case even if was no reason to do so. I was completely devastated but Mr Rose told me that we can win this case. I couldn't afford to pay him for an appeal because my dad had 5 complicated surgeries and I had to send him all my money because he didn't worked almost for 1 year, but Mr Rose paid from his own pocket even if he was not supposed to do so and told me that i can pay him whenever i can, then we appeal and they granted my asylum. So despite the fact that a had a very bad judge Mr Rose was able to prove that he was wrong and took an unfair decision. P.s It was a long journey but Mr Israel Rose was always there for me not only as a layer but as a good friend, thank you for your professionalism and kindness Stefan V.
