Highly recommended - Green card application
We highly recommend Stu Reich as an immigration attorney! Stu led the process for our successful, marriage-based green card application. He outlined the requirements clearly (both for the initial application and for the interview), he filled out the application so there were no mistakes, he prepp...

Magician Stuart
Well let me tell you about Stuart and his magic. He helped me with my GC process. He was available 24/7, he was answering my emails on a daily basis (and trust me, half of these emails were pretty noob questions), he predicted with 101% accuracy all timings (when Labor, when Finger Printing, when int...

Very knowledgeable and personable lawyer!
My husband and I worked with Stuart for my green card application and it was so wonderful to have Stuart on our side to help us get through the process. From the application to interview, he was there to guide us through and everything went really smoothly. I highly recommend him!

Excellent: Professional, Honest, Compassionate
Thanks to Stuart Reich, I am now a US citizen. Stuart had helped me to obtain a green card, and when the time came to file my application for naturalization, I retained him once again with complete confidence. Stuart provides exceptional service: he is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, reliabl...

Excellent lawyer for immigration services in the New York area.
I utilized Stuart's services at two different times, for my work visa and green card. I had met several other lawyers in this regard and I wasn't happy with any of them. Once I started working with Stuart, I was not only impressed with Stuart's understanding of the intricacies of immigration law ...
"Stuart is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful lawyer. He promptly answers all my questions anytime I get in touch with him on the AILA mentor program."
"Stuart Reich is an excellent business immigration attorney. I often seek his advice about my business immigration cases because I value and trust his expertise in the field."
"Attorney Reich has shown through his answers that he has a full command of US immigration law and regulations plus the talen to apply the appropriately."
"With a great track record of hundreds of published answers to consumer questions on Avvo.com and the recommendations from clients and attorneys alike, it is easy to see that attorney Reich is skilled and knows the law well, too. Kudos."
"I have had the pleasure and honor to know and work with Stuart for more years than I think either of us would wish to admit! As Co-Chair of the Committee on Immigration and Nationality of the New York County Lawyers' Association, I have had to organize many CLE courses, and Stu has always been ready and willing to share his knowledge, and his reviews have always been outstanding. Highly competent, thoughtful, professional, and caring are only some of the words I would use to describe him. A client can rest assured that they have chosen a great lawyer if their choice is Stuart Reich."
"Stuart and I are members of the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) Immigration Committee. I first met Stuart years ago at one of the Committee’s meetings; since then, both of us have attended numerous such meetings. In addition, I have referred numerous employment-based cases to him; it is a subspecialty of immigration law that I do not handle, as I have limited my practice to family-based immigration. On the basis of the tremendous knowledge of the law, as well as the graciousness to his colleagues, that Stuart always displays at these NYCLA meetings; my personal and professional communications with him over the years; and the extremely favorable feedback regarding his work and personality that I have consistently received from clients whose cases I have referred to him, I have only the utmost respect and affection for this extraordinarily capable and conscientious lawyer."
"I highly recommend Stu Reich. He is a top-notch immigration attorney and a wonderful person. We first met while working as attorneys at an immigration law firm in 1997, and have remained in contact since that time. Over the years, we have worked on projects for the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association such as the advocacy/media committee and a 2009 article and presentation at the AILA NY Chapter conference. I consider Stu to have a comprehensive knowledge of employment-based immigration. He also is well-versed in the use of technology for law firms and always is able to explain the latest developments and how they help us in the practice of law. He is a great lawyer and a great friend."
"I am familiar with Stuart's top flight work from when I worked supervising him. He has always been an intelligent individual and applies his keen analytic capabilities to serve his clients. He has outstanding experience with immigration law and I would not hesitate to recommend him."
"I have served on professional committees with Stu, and I seek out & trust his opinions on complicated legal questions. He is smart, ethical and a pleasure to work with."
