Closing Attorney for First Home

Milan was the closing attorney for my first home purchase. Shortly after we began the closing process, COVID-19 happened. Milan walked me through all of the steps to close and was incredibly responsive. I could expect a response almost immediately, whether an answer or acknowledgment that my message ...was received. You never had to question where Milan was in the closing process and I found him incredibly reliable. He is knowledgable of the real estate closing process and I would absolutely love to work with him again in the future.

Milan is fast and responsive

Milan guided us with the process of buying a home as a first time home buyer. We wanted the transaction to be smooth and protecting us from any legal issues. He was pretty responsive, stay professional, and answer any questions we might have.

Review on my purchase

Recently bought a property, with the help of Milan Reyngach and his team. He is very fast and responsive. He's a hard worker, very professional, great communicator and negotiator. The entire home buying process moved along very smoothly, largely in part to Milan's hard work. I would highly recommend ...working with Milan to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate!

The absolute best attorney to work with as a homebuyer! Highly recommended!

Given this was my first experience buying a home it was very important to me that I had a really good attorney with proven experience representing the buyer’s interest in the home-buying process. In this kind of transaction, quality is SO important, especially in a place like NYC which has a notoriou...sly insane housing market. I took several recommendations, but Milan had the most impressive track record. A few things in particular stood out to me that I was really happy with. For one, he is extremely efficient and wastes no time. He really does whatever he needs to do to move the process along, keep everyone on track, and appeared to seamlessly navigate through the overwhelming stacks of paperwork, processes, people, institutions, etc. one must endure as a homebuyer. Second, very is very professional and easy to work with. Although he is busy he always made time to connect with me whenever I had any questions or concerns. Lastly, given the unique situation going on with the global pandemic, he acted as my power of attorney to finish the closing on my behalf. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine having had an easier home-buying experience, because in large part he handled basically all the stressful, intimidating, complex parts of buying a home, and for those that haven’t purchased a place yet, there’s A LOT of legal matters to address, and having a high quality lawyer is essential for your best interests and own peace of mind. Again, amazing attorney. Do yourself a favor and reach out to him if you’re in the market to buy a home in NYC. You will be very happy with your decision, and the results.
