As mentioned in the title, Milan was a great responsive, responsible and proactive attorney for our condo purchase that was closed this month. The condo that we were trying to purchase received tons of offers so we had to move quickly and with little to no margin of error but Milan was able to under...take the task and formally and quickly got us in contract with the seller. It was our first time buying a home/condo in NYC so we had a ton of questions and also had this feeling of uneasiness but he was able to articulate his responses and walk us through the process perfectly so that we understood the full context and also alleviate our concerns. He also represented us at closing which was a breeze. There were certain closing documents that had typos and errors which Milan was able to resolve and successfully and seamlessly finalize the transaction.
