Milan did a excellent job negotiating with the sellers attorney, helping us prepare all the documents needed, and clearing up all the legal things. He is efficient, and a very hard worker. I would highly recommend him, and my family left the closing feeling well taken care of and comfortable through ...a very frustrating and long process of buying our new home.

I just closed on my first apartment purchase in a co-op building, and as a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, concerns, general anxieties... As mentioned in the title, Milan was a great responsive, responsible and proactive attorney for our condo purchase that was closed this month. The condo that we were trying to purchase received tons of offers so we had to move quickly and with little to no margin of error but Milan was able to under...take the task and formally and quickly got us in contract with the seller.
