This was our first purchase of property in the state of NY. The team at Reyngach Law was amazing to work with for our very complicated real estate purchase in Manhattan. I just closed on my first apartment purchase in a co-op building, and as a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, concerns, general anxieties... However,Milan has been wonderful at making the whole process run smoothly. Milan was extremely responsive, replying to my emails often within minut...es, and was always available to take my calls. When it came to contract negotiations, he definitely worked hard on my behalf to make sure my interests were protected, despite some heavy push-backs from the other party. Throughout the process, he kept me informed of timelines and progress, and kept constantly in touch with both me and the broker to ensure all the paperwork was completed and submitted on time. Co-op purchases are usually complex, but Milan handled everything extremely efficiently and knowledgeably.
