Biography
Matthew M. Quirin is an Associate in the New York office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Matthew focuses his practice on representing corporations in their defense of product liability, construction accident, construction defect, catastrophic injury and toxic tort matters, as well as commercial disputes.
Matthew is experienced in participating in all phases of pre-trial litigation including conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, orally arguing discovery, pre-answer and summary judgment motions, and participating in court conferences.
While in law school, Matthew was elected by his peers to the position of Managing Editor of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy & Ethics Journal. He also participated in the prestigious Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (“ITAP”), a two-week litigation training course taught by leading litigators and judges from around the country.
