Biography
Since graduating from the University of Chicago Law School, I've been a senior executive, attorney and professor in the music business. With both extensive business experience and first-hand knowledge of what it means to be an artist, I understand the needs of both creators and companies as well as entities that manage or license intellectual property.
I work with talented colleagues who enable me to help individuals and businesses form, grow, raise money, create and license IP and resolve disputes.
