Apartment closing

Diane was an excellent lawyer! She was incredibly detail-oriented and clearly had our best interests in mind as she helped negotiate the closing of our apartment. She was incredibly thorough in her communication and we always received quick responses. We were never left in the dark about any portion... of the process. Diane guided us perfectly the entire way.

Great people skills and negotiation experience

Gets it done (with good humor)

Diane Krausz represented me during the purchase of my co-op apartment. She is fabulous about explaining and expediting the process, and making sure all the many details are handled properly. We got through the closing with ease. Also, Diane is funny, and it was great to laugh with her throughout!
