Kristopher M Dennis

I hired Kristopher Dennis to represent me in a legal matter. We signed a contract. I then gave him a cashier's check for $40,000 retainer. This made Kristopher Dennis my acting attorney and sole legal representation. Kristopher Dennis then stopped returning my phone calls, failed to appear at multipl...e court dates, and did no work on my behalf. I hired a new attorney, who sued Kristopher Dennis for the $40,000 retainer that I paid to him. Kristopher Dennis was found to be liable, and I have a judgement against him in the amount of $40,000 from a New York State Supreme Court Judge. We have also learned that he used my retainer to pay for personal bills, like his American Express Card.
