Biography
I represent workers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters on both an individual and class wide basis, including recovery of unpaid wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state law, tip misappropriation, age, race, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation and religious discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and breach of contract. I am an experienced litigator in both state and federal court and have successfully represented clients at trial. I also provides consulting services regarding employment contracts and severance agreements.
Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, I was an associate in the New York City employment litigation practice group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP where I assisted Fortune 500 companies on a variety of employment matters.
I graduated cum laude and with departmental honors from Vassar College and graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law where I was designated an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar for my academic achievements.
