I met with several attorneys before I was invited to Ratschko Wallace offices. It was not a fun process to say the least. There were instances where I paid just to have someone from the office hear my case before I got to speak to anyone who might have answers. I can complain on and on about how i...t felt impossible to have an attorney fully explain the services they could offer without ambigious terms or lofty promises. When I met with Imke Ratschko she was patient and thorough with my matter. After what I am sure was careful consideration I was offered a proposal that was quite clear about the services I would be recieving. In life there are no gaurenteed outcomes but I can at least say no matter what happens that my voice was heard because of the efforts of Imke Ratschko. I am truly thankful for the help.

Really disappointing experience. I reached out for assistance with Mrs. Ratschko with a desperate need for my small business. She told me she could help me and even gave me a number figure of how much I needed to pay to get the ball rolling. She answered the phone with a lot of club in loud rap music... in the background however it was her cell phone and she was likely out somewhere. She did not respond back to me so I had to follow back up later and that is when she told me how much the retainer would be which I said I could pay however informed her of financial difficulties because of the situation I was needing help with for further money if needed. I informed her that because of my situation that we were going to be fighting that money is tight but I would be able to get her the retainer and informed her about a large amount of money that I would be getting in the near future. After I had spent a day talking to her and sending her information she simply stopped responding to me after telling her about my financial situation. They are not there to help the people who desperately need it only other ones that can give them in unlimited flow of money. They don’t advocate for small businesses that really need help only ones that they can get extraordinary amounts of money upfront. A bank had stolen my PPP loan so the funds were there and available and I needed her assistance with that I was treated basically as my situation does not matter after she stopped responding. Don’t tell people you can help them and then when they say they have the money for the retainer and inform you about future financial payments completely drop them who knows maybe just one letter to the bank would have solve this but you could care less. A lot of these attorneys forgot why they got into practicing law and get blindsided by large corporations rather than helping people who truly need it. One hour of work writing a letter could have solved my issue and fed my family but that doesn’t seem to matter to her.
