I am a business attorney focusing my practice on advising small businesses, emerging companies and start-ups in transactions and business disputes.

Before opening my own law office, I practiced for ten years at two New York City law firms where I represented a variety of domestic and foreign corporate clients, international development banks and national financial institutions.

I believe small business deserves sophisticated counsel just as the big companies and I am hoping to be your trusted go-to person in all things small business law.
