Outstanding service and representation

Attorney Gershburg did an outstanding job representing me on my purchase of a co op in nyc. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and answering emails with any questions that I had. He expertly handled any issues that arose with the sale of the apartment and closing. I would recommend him high...ly as a real estate attorney

REPRESENTATION AT IT'S BEST!!!

I cannot thank Daniel Gershburg enough and I appreciate everything he has done for me. He is very knowledgeable, professional, competent, accurate, and a true pleasure to deal with. Daniel Gershburg helped me through a very difficult period in my life. I needed to file for bankruptcy and Mr. Gers...hburg demonstrated empathy and kindness with my case. He always answered any questions I had and was always very clear with his explanations and directions and he eased my nervousness during this process. I am very happy that I retained him as my attorney as I could not ask for anyone better. If you are in need of legal advice regarding bankruptcy or a multitude of other issues, I highly recommend Gershburg Law, P.C.

An excellent, thoughtful and patient attorney

Daniel represented me on a residential co-op purchase which we both thought would be straightforward, but ended up taking over 2 years to complete! The seller and lender continued to put up roadblocks to delay or prolong the process; however, Daniel was unfazed. He repeatedly found creative and effe...ctive solutions to allow the transactions to proceed. He was patient with me, and always took the time to calmly and thoughtfully explain the situation, so as to allow me to make the best decision for the situation. I have never had an attorney who was so responsive, as he would always return my calls or emails within 24 hours (no matter when I frantically reached out to him!). His office and staff are personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He is a credit to the profession, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.
