Jordan Harlow is an amazing attorney. I hired him to represent me in a 3020a hearing, and felt extremely well-represented. One of the most nerve-wracking aspect of these hearings is that you have no idea what the arbitrator will hear, filtering from all sides as he (ours was a man) must, and how he ...will weigh what he does hear. I think Jordan brought just the right details to the arbitrator's attention and emphasized precisely what he wanted the arbitrator to weigh, while also undermining the salient details that DoE attorneys hoped to highlight. The result was wonderful. The process was also wonderful in that it was inclusive and professional.
