Emily S. Naphtal

Emily Stephens Naphtal, Esq. is an employment and civil rights lawyer practicing in New York, New Jersey, and the Federal Courts.  On a mission to advocate for diverse peoples' rights to contribute their talents to our society, she founded Stephens Naphtal Law, PLLC in 2017.

Now, she communicates living peoples’ stories to win them tangible results.

Emily can help you know and enforce your legal rights.  She studied employment law and related areas while earning her J.D. at New York University School of Law.  She advocated for employees with the ACLU Women’s Rights Project, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the private law firm Outten & Golden LLP before starting her own practice.  She strives to offer her clients convenient, affordable, and quality service.
