Susan Chana Lask, Esq. is a nationally recognized litigator with over 35 years of experience in federal and state courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
She argued in the Federal Court of Appeals and was counsel in the Supreme Court in Florence v. Burlington County (United States Supreme Court 2012), a landmark civil rights case that strengthened protections for prisoners, and in Christiansen v. Omnicom (2d Cir. 2018) she obtained the Federal Court of Appeals agreement to change Title VII precedent for employee rights.
Her clients have included judges, legislators, and large companies, and her cases have drawn support from Members of Congress, the ACLU, the EEOC and Attorneys General.
Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Lask drafts legislation on civil rights, judicial accountability, and animal protection.

Lask settled the case for her client, saved her home and shut down the fraudulent foreclosure mill
After Lask won the appeal, the case settled in her client's favor.
In exactly one year, Lask won the case by going the FDA's support, which ordered all prescription sleeping pill manufactures to provided the exact warnings Lask's lawsuit demanded.
