I hired Mr. Frank Lazzaro and his team for a personal injury case. Mr. Lazzaro was extremely patient, knowledgeable and continuously stayed in communication. Mr. Lazzaro also made sure that I understood what was going on and where we were in the case. When we had our monthly touch base or when I need...ed to go to his office, Mr. Lazzaro was extremely prepared. This is the second time I am using Mr. Lazzaro and his team as my legal council and because of their professional great service and extreme knowledge I would highly recommend them.

This was the very first time I needed an injury lawyer and I was very nervous about the entire process. However Frank made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was always honest with me and always did well with explaining everything as this was all very new to me. I was involved in an auto accident which required me to take multiple MRI's, different doctors analysis, surgery and several months of physical therapy. When I was looking for an attorney previously before meeting Frank, I was unhappy with what I was hearing. It seemed as if they did not want to wor...k as hard as I would like, they were not as interested or they had a "you need me" mentality. After not having much luck, I was telling my story to a friend who referred me to Frank. As an Engineer, I'm very data driven and did my research on him. He is very knowledgeable in his field, has a great track record with several "Top Verdicts" cases, a NJ Super Lawyer for many years, as well as being named a rising star (which only 2.5% of attorneys achieve). Shortly after, I set up a meeting with Frank. After a few short minutes conversing with him, I immediately knew that I wanted him to represent me. He carries himself and his firm very well. He is very polite, respectful, ambitious and HONEST. I got the impressions of "what you see is what you get" (which I admired most), and that he still worked for me. In other words, he stayed humble. We worked very closely together, constantly kept me updated with my case and was very suggestive when I wasn't clear about something. (I had many questions). Before deposition, I was a little nervous as this was the first time in my life I was in a position like this. After meeting the other attorney, he stated "Sir, I do not know how you found Frank Lazzaro, but he is one the best in the state." After he said that, I went from feeling nervous to feeling confident, knowing I had the best person by my side. My case never went to trial, we didn't need to. I contentedly settled out of court. Frank representing me was the best decision.

Sadly this is the second time I've needed an injury lawyer, however Frank completely blew the other lawyer out of the water. Frank and his team not only took my injuries into consideration but my age and the fact these injuries would affect me longer since I was in my late 20s at the time of the acci...dent. Frank and his team were top notch with keeping me in the loop every step of the way, I never felt as though I was just a client but rather an actual person to them. Any question or concern I had they were very quick to explain it to me and completely put me back at ease. I hope to never need an injury lawyer again, but God forbid I do, Frank would 100% be my first call, and he is absolutely who I would send anyone to! I cant express how grateful I am for all that Frank and his team did for me through this long process!
