Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel the way that you do. We wanted to take this opportunity to respond to your assertions (as we have done so previously). Unfortunately, after you retained our services, specifically on April 11, 2016 and through further investigation and evaluation of your medical treatment from which you were discharged only a few months post accident, you did not sustain a permanent personal injury. After advising you of same by way of telephone, on September 12, 2016 we sent to you via certified mail (for which you signed and a green card was returned back to my office) and regular mail, a detailed letter advising you as to why we will no longer continue to represent you in this case and furthermore advised you of your legal rights to seek another attorneys assistance, together with your statute of limitations time frame limitations. While we understand that it is disheartening to find out that according to the New Jersey Automobile Law that you are not able to seek compensation for non-economic damages that are not permanent in nature, that is unfortunately not within our firm's control. I am puzzled as to why you waited over 10 months to express your frustration, nevertheless, I stand available to you should you wish to discuss any additional information. While we regret that you feel the way that you do and that we were unable to pursue our representation of you, we continue to wish you the best of luck.
