Michael Roberts is an intelligent, skilled, and knowledgeable attorney. His passion for the law is evident in his work, particularly in courtroom presentations. With Mr. Roberts’ hard work, however, including the use of a private investigator to speak with witnesses, and conversations with the prosecutors, he was able to have the charges amended to a single charge. My son’s case was further complicated when he picked up a second charge while the initial case was still pending. Again, Mr. Roberts was able to get the original charges amended, and in the end, was able to achieve a very positive outcome for my son, by resolving both cases at the same time. Thanks to him, my son will soon (within 6 months) have another chance to prove himself as a good citizen. Also, to mention, although Mr. Roberts remained loyal to my son, as his client, he was also very willing to involve my husband and me, as parents, which we really appreciated. I would sincerely recommend Mr. Roberts to represent anyone involved in a criminal case. He really cares about his clients and puts in the effort.

I went to Mr Roberts to assist me in getting my Fire Arms I.D. Card. He was very knowledgable about the laws to be approved. After discussing my case he was honest and informative with me and told me it might not be easy. It took some time due to the NJ state police and how they file the paperwork ...but Mr. Roberts fought hard to get me approved. And through the whole process he was always available to me and keeping me updated on every step. I would definitely recommend him to anyone applying for their gun permit. He really takes pride in his work and will do everything in his power to get you approved.

I had hired Mr Roberts to appeal a FID denial in NJ. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge regarding this matter. What would separate him from other attorneys is the flat rate that was charged (which not including separate court fees) is fairly priced and has no hidden expen...ses.
