I had an interesting DUI case due to the fact that I was not in an accident and was not pulled over. An incident had happened around me, and the officer that arrived on scene detected alcohol on my breath. I was hopeful to have the case thrown out, but Michael explained to me how difficult that is. E...ven though I was barely over the legal limit, Michael provided me with clear direction and identified the best way to approach the case, in spite of being in front of a notoriously difficult judge. Michael was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to come to an agreement. Michael's negotiations reduced the sentence significantly to 3 months loss of license and a careless driving ticket. If not for Michael, I would have faced a year without a license and substantial fines. Michael's fees were a bit higher than a number of other lawyers I had consulted with, but I can't argue with the results.
