Michael B. Roberts

I contacted Mr. Roberts in order to apply for a carry permit. I do not have a criminal history, but I knew the court would most likely deny me for other reasons that they could find so I wanted to get the best representation. From our first conversation, Mr. Roberts was extremely transparent, profes...sional, and fair. He started working on my case immediately, filed all the paperwork extremely quickly, and kept in contact with me by phone or email consistently. We had to go to court a few times due to adjournments and each time he was overly prepared (much more than the prosecutor). During my case, the laws changed and he jumped at the opportunity to re-file paperwork for my case to be that much stronger. He was never late in filing paperwork with the court and kept me in the email chain with the court clerk and prosecutor. He met with and communicated with all the necessary people he believed could make my case stronger (supervisors, police departments, other attorneys). Overall, he never took no for an answer and pushed for earlier court appearances. (His staff is also very professional and followed up with reminders through email and a phone call when I had a court date). I would highly recommend Mr. Roberts for all firearm related cases.
