i used lana when i purchased and sold my home , all was well when i purchased , but when i sold a home it was totally different ........ nothing was explained to myself ( me being the homeowner ) all info was passed along to a third party that was in the room at the time of closing . a certain amount... of money was held in a escrow because there was a little issue with one of the appliances in the home at the time of sale , i was told once the issue was resolved she would get in touch with me to return the funds and keep me up to date with the situation . going on nearly 6 months later still no word , still no answer , still no funds returned ...... or even a explanation of what happened . disappointed with her services to say the least . She obviously doesn't care as she's been paid already . i would never use her services again and definitely not recommend her to any of my family or friends .
