terrible
i used lana when i purchased and sold my home , all was well when i purchased , but when i sold a home it was totally different ........ nothing was explained to myself ( me being the homeowner ) all info was passed along to a third party that was in the room at the time of closing . a certain amount...
I find this review to be inaccurate and dishonest to say the very least. I understand that you are angry, upset and hurt with the fact that you were forced to sell your house and were going through a divorce in the process of selling your house and really wanted nothing to do with the whole process, but to make such libelous and slanderous statements is unacceptable and inappropriate. First, when ever you reached out to me, I always immediately responded. I sat right next to you at closing and explained everything to you just as I explained to your ex-wife and the "third party" your referring to, her father. Second, at your closing you were well aware that the HVAC system and unit was not operating and was in need of repair. Funds were held in escrow to make repairs and with an understanding that there may be a possibility that the whole HVAC unit may need to be replaced. This is far from a "little issue with an appliance". Unfortunately, as it turned out the HVAC unit did need to be replaced and all of the escrow funds allocated for that was used and paid for the replacement. In fact, the funds that were in escrow were actually insufficient to cover all costs and your ex-wife and her father had to pay out of their own pocket to cover the entire expense. Receipts evidencing such was offered to you. You were well informed of the issue and kept apprised of the situation. The whole situation was unfortunate but your anger at your ex-wife, her father and the divorce should not be taken out on the rest of the world. Your ex-wife was more than satisfied with my representation in the selling of your home and had only wonderful things to say in my representation. I will request that she post a review as well to expose the truth in this matter.
