Avoid Kevin Uniglicht – Unprofessional and Disrespectful I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kevin Uniglicht. He was supposed to represent our interests but completely dropped the ball. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistakes, he became aggressive and started yelling at his ...own client. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Rather than acting in our best interest, he seemed more focused on protecting himself and his own pocket. When confronted about his errors, he resorted to intimidation tactics, as if his law license gave him a free pass to treat clients poorly. If you’re looking for an attorney who genuinely cares about your case, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Kevin Uniglicht is not the advocate you want on your side.

I called Kevin based on a recommendation from my Broker. It was my first REO transaction and I had the buyer side. The seller side proved difficult and uncooperative. There was contention over some fees that would have made my buyer short at closing. The good news is that Kevin fought to the end and ...we ended up closing at the amount we expected and without the fees. Thanks, Kevin!

I'm a first time buyer and this short sale took just over a year to close. Once the seller banks (yes there were two) approved there was a major crunch time to get everything signed off and close. This is where Kevin Uniglicht showed his knowledge and expertise in getting everyone (Seller side/ Title... company/ Buyer side) on the same page and closing. Kevin was great in suggesting ways to rectifying some issues and even helped the seller attorney to resolve an issue.
