Mr. Wander did not understand basic business law and made me lose a lot of money by following his bad advice. He was inconsiderate and hardly ever available to me. Lawrence Wander handled a real estate closing for me but his irresponsible neglect made it a nightmare. It was almost impossible to reach him. He keeps his cell phone voicemail filled so I couldn’t leave him messages. I rarely reached him (or anyone else) at his office and he either ignored my calls ...or returned them days later. He even ignored texts. He never showed any understanding of what I wanted so the contract had to be redrafted repeatedly until he got it right. Then he was completely unprepared for the closing so we had to reschedule it.
