Larry was so easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. He was even available for questions on the weekend. His paralegal helped with all of the back and forth from issues from our inspection. They made the process so easy for us and walked us through every step. The closing was qui...ck an painless. Lawrence Wander handled a real estate closing for me but his irresponsible neglect made it a nightmare. It was almost impossible to reach him. He keeps his cell phone voicemail filled so I couldn’t leave him messages. I rarely reached him (or anyone else) at his office and he either ignored my calls ...or returned them days later. He even ignored texts. He never showed any understanding of what I wanted so the contract had to be redrafted repeatedly until he got it right. Then he was completely unprepared for the closing so we had to reschedule it.

On many occasions , Larry Wander did not show up when he was suppose to. He set meeting after meeting and never showed up. He did not even have the courtesy to call me. Finally, he did not show up at closing and we had to pay penalties. I HOPE TO NEVER SEE THIS ATTORNEY AGAIN UNLESS HE REPRESENTS... THE OTHER SIDE!
