Mr. Wander did not understand basic business law and made me lose a lot of money by following his bad advice. He was inconsiderate and hardly ever available to me. His cell phone was always filled with messages so I could not leave him a voice message when he was out of the office. He is by far the w...orst lawyer I have ever dealt with.

Lawrence Wander handled a real estate closing for me but his irresponsible neglect made it a nightmare. It was almost impossible to reach him. He keeps his cell phone voicemail filled so I couldn’t leave him messages. I rarely reached him (or anyone else) at his office and he either ignored my calls ...or returned them days later. He even ignored texts. He never showed any understanding of what I wanted so the contract had to be redrafted repeatedly until he got it right. Then he was completely unprepared for the closing so we had to reschedule it.

The judge in my case assessed $35,000 in sanctions against us because Wander repeatedly ignored paperwork and deadlines while telling me everything was fine. Wander told me to pay the sanctions but I refused to pay for his audacious irresponsibility and I said I would sue him. According to Wander, Wa...nder paid the fines by borrowing the money from a priest’s retirement savings by promising the priest that he would appeal the judge’s decision.

Larry came highly recommended by a friend and he represented us on the recent purchase of our new home. Larry and his team went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. They were experienced, patient, flexible and always available to answer our questions day or night. They truly had our ...best interest at heart - gave us great advice, tackled inspection issues on our behalf and jumped through hoops working with the bank and the seller's attorney to get us the closing date we wanted.
