I got a 4 point speeding ticket and Peter negotiated with the judge to a 2 point ticket. He then gave me the advice to take a defensive driving course which would reduce the points to 0. I could not be happier with the result because I had previously had speeding tickets so I could not plead unsafe d...riving anymore. To be able to eventually get it down to 0 points was great. Highly recommend him to handle your case.

Peter was exceptional right from the start. I came to him extremely frustrated with multiple tickets. He was understanding, listened to my issues, and was completely honest and upfront with the charges facing me. He stated that he could not make any promises as far as the outcome was concerned but... was adamant that no matter who his client was, he would do everything he could to make sure that they received the best outcome possible. A shock and awe level of professionalism, perfection and excellence. From the first contact, Mr. Bentey displayed professionalism and knowledge about how to work my case, complicated because I had 3 tickets. We were looking at 7 points for reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to report. End result: reckless reduced to unsafe, leaving the scene removed and a net total of zero points. This was more than we hopped for not to mention fast and efficient service. Extremely pleased!!...
