Peter was very responsive in assisting me with our moving violation. He was very familiar with the township we were dealing with and handled our manner with professionalism and skill. Peter was exceptional right from the start. I came to him extremely frustrated with multiple tickets. He was understanding, listened to my issues, and was completely honest and upfront with the charges facing me. He stated that he could not make any promises as far as the outcome was concerned but... was adamant that no matter who his client was, he would do everything he could to make sure that they received the best outcome possible. This statement could not be more true. He really made me feel like I was not alone and that we were in this together. When it came time to go to court, he took care of everything. It could not have been any easier for me and the outcome was perfect. I went from potentially having 7 points on my license to ending up with none. Thank you Peter!

A shock and awe level of professionalism, perfection and excellence. From the first contact, Mr. Bentey displayed professionalism and knowledge about how to work my case, complicated because I had 3 tickets. Mr Bentey was compassionate and understanding by displaying a level of empathy I had not seen... in other attorneys and I have, unfortunately, had to hire many of them to fight unfairly 'served' tickets to me during my years of living in NJ. And he did -- Peter Bentey resolved my issue, got the two main tickets dismissed and the fine I paid was 1000% LESS than what I thought it would be. For the first time in my life, I exited the court with more money than I thought would be in my pocket. Peter Bently was absolutely perfect and the work he did for me literally, left me speechless.
