Knowlege wise ok, but unfortunately not overall ok for me! But...
I hate to leave a negative or below average feedback, but I feel sorry I had to do it in this case. I met this lawyer to discuss my bankruptcy case, however due to other reasons I could not retain this lawyer. But I was charged $1,000 for an hour and 1/2 meeting (no retainer signed). I requested some...
While we understand the difficulty that our clients are facing when we are contacted, the information in this review is not accurate. We offer free case evaluations to every prospective client. If a prospective client wishes more time, they have the option of a paid consultation, or if they so decide, to retain us. Our office always has written retainer agreements for all matters. In this particular case, I am confident that any client who retained our office also received an invoice for billed time devoted to any matter. I believe that this client was ultimately provided a refund of unused retainer. If there is still any question, I would encourage this client to contact me to discuss.
"One of my personal injury clients retained Justin in a bankruptcy matter. Our cases became intertwined and I was very impressed with Justin. He was knowledgeable and very responsive to every call I made to him. My clients and I were very happy with the outcome of the bankruptcy. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone needing assistance with a bankruptcy matter."
"I endorse this lawyer. I first met him shortly after his admission to the bar when I was serving as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. He was always well prepared, knowledgable and a forceful advocate for his clients. He is highly respected by both his colleagues and the Judges in bankruptcy court. He is an excellent attorney and a fine individual."
