Be Aware of Delays in Case Review Process

Attorney Abhisha Parikh is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in immigration law. She answered all our legal questions with clarity and provided good guidance on the spouse petition process. However, I was disappointed with how her office operates. After paying half of the attorney fee, we... were informed that document review would take up to 4 weeks, which was never mentioned during the initial consultation. This delay was frustrating, especially since we were eager to file the petition quickly. On top of that, after waiting several weeks, they requested additional documents, further extending the timeline. I understand every firm has its process, but I believe clients should be informed about expected review times and internal policies before making a payment. I’m sharing this so others can be aware and ask the right questions upfront.

Honest and Reliable

I have worked with Abhisha during my Green card application after my marriage to my wife who is a US citizen. I was on student visa in OPT status when I applied for green card. Abhisha walked me through the process clearly and gave us realistic expectations rather than saying things we want to hear.... I had my Green card in hand 11 months after filing the application. I would definitely recommend the Law Office of Abhisha Parikh for any immigration related guidance.

Good Find !

I had a great experience with Attorney Abhisha, I needed some immigration paperwork reviewed so contacted Ms. Abhisha Parikh and explain my case, she was very responsive and professional. She seems to have very good knowledge in immigration laws. I recommend Abhisha because she focuses her servic...e on providing efficient solutions, economical rates and on top of that, an expeditious response time with exceptional service. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience!

Great experience with the law firm. I have availed her services for filing green cards for family members more than once and the experience has been very smooth. Abhisha is very knowledgeable about the latest trends in immigration practices and has a lot of patience to answer questions at every step.... Communication is smooth and assistance was made available at every stage. Would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for immigration help.
