We lost our home to a fire in 2011 due to no fault of our own. Upon seeking the counsel of Larry which I had before for other cases I became run up with constant changes, promises and lies. The only thing that ended up working out in our favor was the fact that the office of Sapiro Gottleib and Kroll ended up getting the insurance company to pay out in full. The downsides of this whole dilemma I faced was the fact that Larry and his team lacked the backbone to take charge and follow things due to fear of retaliation from the township. We were barred from our home for over 8 months not allowed to retrieve our belongings and by the time I had been allowed in anything of value had been stolen. We wanted to sue the township of East Brunswick for their absolute lack of reasoning and documentation behind the bar and the fact that after having signed multiple legal documents allowing us access they changed their minds within a day and would not hold true to our original signed agreement. Larry refused to follow up with this and did all in his power to coerce me to avoid that which at this point in time I realize was a grave mistake. He did not tell me to drop the issue because it would affect me but because of the fear that it would affect him and his practice which are both located in the same township. Next we wanted to take suit against PSE&G after finding out the reason our home burnt was a faulty furnace thermocouple which is funny being that in coordance with our WorryFree contract the furnace had been inspected and given the OK by PSE&G less than a month prior. On top of that we wanted to follow suit with them for the fact that after this fire started it took them over a hour to respond and well over 30 minutes just to find our shut off valve under a cover on the curb.
After being through all of this it came to a point where we had to sell the property to walk away with anything which we did.
They found a buyer. [info withheld] f C.S. Construction based out of the same township. We thought great a buyer who is willing to pay a fair price and also had agreed on paper that we would be allowed access to the property after signing to remove all of our belongings.
Yet that changed quickly. After another handful of times and papers signed we came to the written agreement that every item in our home would be brought to the curb as of the sale day and the house would be razed.
Well neither of these happened.
Most of our items ended up being crushed and thrown into a dumpster right in front of me and my family.
50+ years of our life being thrown out and destroyed right in front of us. What little we had left to possibly salvage was gone.
Larry didn't help. His paralegal came and had some words with the owner but it did not change anything.
After all was said and done with the sale I sat silent and checked up on my old property after a while just to find out they never razed the house.
Only one half of the property was razed while the other half was simply stripped to studs and rebuilt.
Here is this man who broke all promises he had made all legal documentation he had signed and where was larry to help?
Cowering behind his desk in fear of retaliation from the township.
He is a corteous man he knows his business and he knows the talk but when it comes to a point where you need someone with a strong backbone who will take charge and defend his clients against wrong doing he is not your man.
I used larry as my counsel for years and only after the fact I realized what a poor choice I made.

I hired Larry to help me with my divorce and custody needs. He was dedicated, focused on getting through the process with an unwilling divorce partner. Excellent person to have defending you.
