Edward commented on a Comment I posted on Avvo and cleared up many questions I had regarding my potential case against my employer with clear and direct advice. Because of his advice I know now that I DO have a case and will move forward with It. A good guy, fellow NJ native. I only wished he was licensed In MD to help me further. Thank You again Ed.

Ed represented me for a minor accident that occurred in North Plainfield. He asked for a postponement then spoke to prosecutor and re-scheduled for another date. The 2 point ticket was dismissed due to lack of evidence.

Mr. Herban represented me for a minor accident that occurred in North Plainfield. He asked for a postponement then spoke to prosecutor and re-scheduled for another date. The 2 point ticket was dismissed on the new court date, Mr. Herban handled everything from beginning to end, I couldn't be any happier with the outcome or his services.
