Her specialty practice areas with VA disability appeals include PTSD, military sexual trauma (MST) and other service-caused acquired psychiatric condition cases. Her appeals expertise began when she landed a Judical Law Clerk position for appeals judge, Michael Patrick King, NJ Appellate Division, right out of law school. From there she worked as a litigator for Sills Cummis, a top-rated NJ law firm. In 2014, she started her own law firm so she could focus on helping our military veterans file appeals to obtain disability compensation from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Anne is a also public speaker on VA disabiity appeals. She makes presentations for various veterans organizations regarding the disability appeals process, including updates and changes in VA disability law.
Anne is a member of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates(NOVA), an organization that has a strong presence in Washington, DC. NOVA advocates for veterans and their representatives, and provides continuing legal education for veterans advocates.
