I counsel businesses about their everyday decisions so that they can focus on whatever it is that makes them profitable. One of my primary goals is to help my clients avoid the delays, expenses and aggravation that inevitably result from litigation.

For the first two decades of my career, the focus of my practice was resolving business-related disputes at both the trial and appellate level. My litigation cases have covered a wide range of issues, including real estate, banking, partnership breakups, fraud, consumer fraud, antitrust, land use, will contests, insurance coverage, etc. etc. etc. My litigation practice covers northern and central New Jersey.

I have extensive experience on both the loan side (representing creditors and borrowers) and the teller side (representing victims of fraud and forgery). Early in my career, I mostly represented banks, but as a solo I focus on representing individuals and small businesses in connection with their banking needs.

At a prior job, I often represented banks in foreclosure cases. Since forming my own practice in January 2010, I have begun to represent homeowners in residential foreclosure matters. Somerset County only, please.
