I hired the firm Hill and Ponton and was assigned Ms. Brewer. Herself and the firm did exactly as advertised. VA - 100% Unemployable and Disabled, SAA - Full Disability. Hiring Shannon Brewer of Hill and Ponton was the best choice I could have made regarding my claim with the VA. Having spoken with her on the phone before hiring her, I could hear the compassion in her voice and her knowledge of the appeals process was clear.
