In my opinion Michael Deem did not advocate for me in an auto accident where I was struck by a driver that ran a stop sign and was injured. When I first met with Mr. Deem he told me of a client of his that he had obtained a very successful settlement. At the end of my case he told me of another one... of his clients that only received $1,000. after going to court and that the jurors do not award much money for auto accidents. I rarely heard from him and many of my medical bills had to be paid through my private health insurance company. One of the few times I spoke with him, I had asked him about this and told me that auto insurance doesn't pay for all the bills. I did not feel comfortable pursuing my case in court with Mr. Deem as my representative so I agreed to the insurance company's offer. A short time after I received the settlement money, I received a letter from Mr. Deem stating that I had to pay a medical bill which had not been paid out of the settlement money as it should have been and that I should pay the bill. I called his office to obtain further explanation and no one ever returned my call.

Mr. Deem has been our attorney for several years. He has an excellent personality and is always prompt to respond to your questions.
