Daniel E. Berger grew up in Toms River, New Jersey with an affinity for the practice of law. During high school, he worked as a courier in a large local law firm called Hiering, Grasso, Gelzer and Kelaher. As time progressed, he went to college and would continue to work there when he was back in town.

Upon graduating in 1984, Daniel E. Berger was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. During the 1980s and 1990s he prosecuted in most, if not all, of the municipalities in Ocean County. In 1985, as an associate with Hiering and Hoffman, he prosecuted in Seaside Heights. In 1986, he prosecuted in Toms River and Lacey Township. For many years thereafter, Daniel very often filled in for the regular prosecutor in many of the municipalities in Ocean County and some Monmouth County municipalities.

Leaving the scene/careless driving

Mr. Berger was an exceptional lawyer who clearly understands the law and the dynamics of local personalities. Beginning with our initial conversation, Mr.Bergers plan remained on course to the final judgement with no surprises. Price was very fair and was always available for questions pertaining ...to the case. My situation carried some substantial penalties which Mr. Berger was able to litigate to reduced charges with zero points on my driving record. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent experienced lawyer

Spoke to Mr Burger regarding my case and told me what he can do for me. Facing Possible license suspension. and on the court date did everything he said he would do. negotiated with the prosecutor and couldn't be happier with the results.

My Son was issued a 2 point careless driving violation and was scheduled for a court appearance on the date when he was back to college (out of state). I consulted with Mr. Berger about his situation and was told that he can represent my Son without my Son having to make a physical appearance in co...urt. Mr. Berger was really professional and thorough in explaining all the possible options in detail. We were extremely happy to hear that Mr. Berger was able to reduce the violation to obstruction of traffic with 0 points. I would highly recommend Mr. Berger for consul and all representative needs.
