Biography
Daniel Berger has been practicing law for over 30 years and focuses on criminal, DWI/DUI and traffic defense. He was a Municipal Prosecutor in numerous towns during the 1980s and 1990s but has been focusing on defense for more than the last 20 years. He can contacted 24/7 to discuss your matter.
Daniel E. Berger grew up in Toms River, New Jersey with an affinity for the practice of law. During high school, he worked as a courier in a large local law firm called Hiering, Grasso, Gelzer and Kelaher. As time progressed, he went to college and would continue to work there when he was back in town.
Upon graduating in 1984, Daniel E. Berger was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. During the 1980s and 1990s he prosecuted in most, if not all, of the municipalities in Ocean County. In 1985, as an associate with Hiering and Hoffman, he prosecuted in Seaside Heights. In 1986, he prosecuted in Toms River and Lacey Township. For many years thereafter, Daniel very often filled in for the regular prosecutor in many of the municipalities in Ocean County and some Monmouth County municipalities.
For more than the last 20 years, Daniel E. Berger has been doing defense work and has successfully defended thousands of clients, including those facing Driving While Intoxicated/Driving Under the Influence charges, criminal offenses, and traffic tickets. His clients appreciate the caring and supportive atmosphere he provides.
