Ryann M. Siclari

Born to a military family, Ryann has had the unique experience of living in many places across the country. But to her, Alaska, where she resided for over 13 years, will always be home. In fact, in the Spring of 2008, she received her bachelors of arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. A few months later, she unpacked her bags in Delaware and started law school. She graduated with her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2011 from Widener University School of Law. The honors that she accumulated during law school are voluminous and include: being in the top 5% of her graduating class, receiving the Dean’s Award for the most promising graduating student, and Outstanding Service aware for having over 365 hours of community service. In 2011 Ryann was admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ryann began her practice of law in 2011 at a boutique Social Security and Veteran’s disability firm in Southern New Jersey. Subsequently, in 2012 she relocated to Warren, New Jersey in Somerset County to work with the Augulis Law Firm which specializes in Estate Planning and Elder Law. In an effort to expand her expertise, Ryann obtained her Masters of Law specializing in Elder Law in 2017. Due to her exceptional performance, she received her LL.M. with Distinction.

Ryann’s areas of expertise include Estate and Trust Administration, Medicaid or Long Term Care Planning, Veteran’s Pension Benefits, and Special Needs Planning. In furtherance of her practice area’s Ryann is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, the New Jersey State Bar Association Elder Law Section, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Ryann is also on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
