I recently hired Jesse Hynes, of Hynes Law Group, regarding estate planning. I found him to be very knowledgeable in all areas and very attentive. We contacted Jesse R. Hynes of Hynes Law Group for the preparation of our Will and associated documents, and we couldn't have chosen better. At the time, all offices were closed as part of the coronavirus procedures, but we reviewed the proposed documents by email. Our concerns were mostly with leg...al language that made our intention less than 100% clear for our layman eyes. However, in just a short time, Mr. Hynes added language to the documents that any non-lawyer could easily follow. The process went well, and it was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Hynes who could talk things over in a relaxed and plain English dialogue. A very thorough and knowledgeable lawyer. Highly recommend.

Since estate planning was a big step for me to take, I interviewed a few lawyers to find someone who would make me feel comfortable and show signs of patience in explaining complex legal matters. Also, I was looking for a person who had professional mannerisms, but yet at the same time, was down-to-...earth. I am delighted to say that Jesse Hynes was the one I was most impressed with from the start. He was extremely patient and got me through a tremendous, arduous task of getting myself in a better place for being prepared for the future. What more, when it came time to sign the documents, I had my adult children meet Jesse as well, as they will be the ones who will be reaching out to him in the future. They, too, were very comfortable and pleased with my choice.

After a free face to face consultation with Mr. Hynes I contracted him to generate an entire estate and family trust plan and development of all necessary legal documents. After providing Mr. Hynes with personal information of myself and my family he promptly reviewed the information and called me wi...th some questions he had. He then again promptly drafted the necessary documents and sent them to me for my review and input. He was also available via phone and email to address any questions, issues and concerns I had. He promptly then proceeded to generate the legal documents and we scheduled a face to face final review with me and my spouse and signing of the documents. As I and my spouse are both in our very early 70s and she has early onset Alzheimer he was very patient with explaining to both of us what we needed to know, answering our questions and guiding us through the signing. Mr. Hynes emphasized to us that he would answer any questions we had in the future and that it was not his practice to "nickel nickel and dime" his clients; that no question is too "silly" to ask. After the signings I paid Mr. Hynes the agreed upon flat rate fee which I believe was fair and reasonable. He then proceeded to file the legally required documents and mail the package to me. The whole estate planning and execution activity had been been weighing on my mind for years and I was very relieved and satisfied to have it done and executed by Mr. Hynes!
