Connecting was pretty easy and first meeting was scheduled in a few days. Susan requested and reviewed materials in advance to expedite process. In person interview was terrific and surprisingly supportive as I was encountering this labor issue and had no clue about what to do. She provided solid adv...ice, perspective about typical experiences and outcomes and was instrumental in negotiating an agreement that was comfortable for all concerned. Outstanding!

Susan was very thorough and helpful. She went over every detail of the contract with my husband and I, and highlighted the most important parts, making it easy for me to review with the employer. I have consulted Susan several times with employee related issues. We have worked with Susan Swatski on two occasions. One was a fraud litigation case where her firm assigned her to the case after the initial attorney was no longer with the firm. She worked very efficiently at being up to speed on the facts of our case and helped our firm reach a favorable result ...in a relatively short period of time. This included filing briefs with the Court which minimized our exposure and improved our negotiating position. She assisted in helping our own expert witness stay on track. She prepared the key players in our firm for deposition. The second occasion was a brief HR issue where she hired to assist my firm in preparing a separation agreement with an employee. She was responsive and very helpful in gaining a positive resolution to that situation as well.
